Everything about my Service visit went very well. My Service Manager, Larry Edwards, goes out of his way everytime I visit Ferman Nissan for my service needs. This visit was no exception. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and processed into the system within 3 to 5 minutes and on my way to the customer lounge. The wait time for my vehicle to be serviced was minimal. The vehicle had been washed and looked much better than is did when I brought it in. Ferman Nissan service personnel continuously have provided me with the service I expect and I recommend the facility to all for their service needs. More
