Ashley was great to work with! The windshied had a crack so we had to return to get the car but we totally understood this is not a quick fix. Was a lil bumpy at first but in the end they worked with us and helped us get into our brand new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. Chase was a very nice person and listened to us well. I bought a truck from this dealership in early September. Within 24 hours I started having issues and came back. I was promised they would “take care” of me and sent me down to the service center. I discovered my vehicle was Canadian and it was not properly equipped with US safety equipment. The dash lights were not correct and it was completely missing tpms. They referred me back to sales. For weeks they dodged my calls sending me back to service every time I called. My sales person quit and no one would help me. Finally the service shop scheduled to have it repaired. They had it for 3 weeks and after I called a few times they finally said they could not fix it. Complete fraud. I was sent back to sales to see what they would do as it’s not legal for the US to be without these features. They offered to take it as a trade but only on a more expensive vehicle and I had to pay full retail price for what they offered to let me buy. I would lose out on tax and licensing and money I put down. The sales manager won’t talk to me and keeps having other sales people deal with me. AVOID THIS PLACE. I have a vehicle that isn’t even legal. Don’t let this happen to you. FRAUD. They advertised it as including the equipment but it did not have it. More

This is the most untrustworthy car dealership in Spokane. Their salespeople will say absolutely anything in order to make the deal, even promising add-ons (for example, they commited to adding a remote start Their salespeople will say absolutely anything in order to make the deal, even promising add-ons (for example, they commited to adding a remote start, new carpet kit, touching up my paint, and more) with absolutely zero intention to complete them unless you make a big fuss about it. They did do some of what they promised, for example, the remote start. However, I was asked to pay $150 after the fact when it was supposed to be included in the original deal! I told the salesman absolutely not and he backed off, but how dare they try to ask for payment when it was supposed to be included and especially after the work had already been done. That has scam written all over it. I had to deal with the same shady salesman for months before I made enough noise for the owner to get involved. Once he was, of course, I was promised the moon and again, they could not deliver! I was promised a brand new carpet kit when I purchased the vehicle, and when I took it in to be installed, it was the cheapest most unprofessionally installed kit I (and the owner even admitted he) had ever seen! So I was told they would order a new kit. This took months for one reason or another (the service center told me they didn't have approval and then they told me once they got the approval there were shipping delays After, it was a mess!) So finally when the new kit was shipped in (4 months after I purchased the car) I just picked it up/installed it myself rather than having to wait any longer. Now that I've washed my hands of all of that, the final issue is that I am 4 months in with no permanent plates. I have heard that there is a plate shortage right now but that is absolutely not the issue here. The dealership apparently failed to have the car properly signed over when it was traded in by the previous owner. The stories I have gotten have varied from the odometer reading being inaccurate to the previous owner having a marriage/name change. Point of the matter is that this should have been taken care of long before I had to go in and get my third (yes, I said third) set of temporary window plates. There is absolutely no excuse for the shady business practices of this establishment and I urge anyone who is looking to buy a car to STAY FAR AWAY from any one of Dan Arrotta's 5 different dealerships in town. Horrible experience! Lied to in order to get us in the door. Will never go back and tell everyone our bad experience. Gave us an internet offer on our denali then after we came all the way there and were door. Will never go back and tell everyone our bad experience. Gave us an internet offer on our denali then after we came all the way there and were ignored for a while a sales person layghed and said that internet person doesn't exist and they don't want our clean 2 owner low mile 07 denali. Then we went home to get another KBB quote just to get another offer at auto max. What a joke! And a waste of time!! More
