Better the last time! Service Desk and payment area folks are amazingly awesome! Great experience I really enjoyed my experience with max motors. Our rep Kyle worked so he’d to manage a deal for us. He went back and forth with making sure the numbe I really enjoyed my experience with max motors. Our rep Kyle worked so he’d to manage a deal for us. Awesome dealership, even more so if a veteran! I went in to try and purchase a new pickup believing not much of my military service was applicable for any of the discounts and such. Intended to pur I went in to try and purchase a new pickup believing not much of my military service was applicable for any of the discounts and such. Intended to purchase the vehicle as any normal person. My credit experience was low but I was able to get a deal and purchased my pickup and completed all the paperwork. My salesman knew I mentioned my service record did not qualify but was intent on thanking me in some way and spoke to the finance gentleman who's family is also serving. In fact serving in an area that I may have possibly bumped into him during my service we discovered in sharing. That is when this dealerships people went into overdrive. Even though I had already purchased and locked in my deal they spent the evening with the finance companies pushing to get me a better deal to thank me for my service. The next morning the old deal was shredded as they almost doubled everything I was getting the next morning. My APR on my loan was reduced immensely, my bumper to bumper was extended, and many other things were done to improve the deal I took without asking. I knew they were a good dealership but their love for service men and women seems unsurpassed. They're good people and outstanding patriots! So great service and amazing vehicles. This 11B got into a brand new 2019 F150XLT and has loved it and everything they done for me since day one. More
