Oil change I am usually happy with the service but this time I found them lacking. I left my car for an oil change then left they said they would put it down as I am usually happy with the service but this time I found them lacking. I left my car for an oil change then left they said they would put it down as "Waiting" After 2 hours I called to see if my car was done & was told it was & they were just about to call me. When I came to pick it up it was parked at the end of the row of cars beside the service area. Not only did I have to walk a long way but I had to back out of the area. I have COPD & it was very hot. Any other time I have left my car for service it was right outside to pick up. All in all it was not a good trip. More
