Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. Started with the sales manager trying to sell me a different car than I ordered. Then didn’t mention that I could use my Ford Points to pay part of t Started with the sales manager trying to sell me a different car than I ordered. Then didn’t mention that I could use my Ford Points to pay part of the purchase. The truck had scratches and had to be sent back to be cleaned up as they did a crappy job to start. Didn’t wash parts of the truck like the running boards. Didn’t vacuum the interior. Just a bad experience. More
