Normally very good service, however on this occasion they kept my truck for 8 days without a loaner. I live 25 miles away and have grandchildren to take back and forth to school. Not happy with this service. More

Had to have an alignment and they found my control arm and pin were bad was quoted lots of money and several days til parts arrived. Got a call the next day they found cheaper parts and my car was done. More
