Still recommend them and typically don't complain about their service but I did get irritated yesterday. When I went to check out I was advised that they decided not to rotate the tires because they felt t their service but I did get irritated yesterday. When I went to check out I was advised that they decided not to rotate the tires because they felt that they were getting worn and were going to suggest replacing them, so they had prepared some quotes for me. Tire tread is 2/3 based on the scale they use on the inspection paper they gave me. I sat in the lobby the whole time. Just wish they would've come and talked to me before making their own decision in an attempt to get me to buy tires. More

Very disappointed in the service department. Told me I needed a cabin filter and air filter for the engine and both were fine. Said the battery terminals needed cleaning but only cleaned the p Told me I needed a cabin filter and air filter for the engine and both were fine. Said the battery terminals needed cleaning but only cleaned the positive one and broke the plastic cover off the terminal. Got home and then the battery went dead. Had to replace it. Also didn't put a mileage sticker in the window, and not sure they even did the recalls. When they called he started quoting prices of replacing the filters and then said a gasket was leaking and to fix it would be around $1600.00. Never had a drip on the garage floor so I doubt it really exists. Won't return. More
