Absolutely horrible place to buy a car. Went to look at the car and they “didn’t notice the hail damage” so they kept my car for a month to get it fixed but forgot a piece on the top rack. Went back to get the car and they “didn’t notice the hail damage” so they kept my car for a month to get it fixed but forgot a piece on the top rack. Went back to get it fixed and it flew off again. Drove 50 minutes with a screaming baby today to get it fixed, waited for 30 minutes just for them to tell me that they ordered the part and it should be there in 3 days. Didn’t get a title for 2 months because the mail company “lost it” so they had to order a new one. Kept having to call about it repeatedly. So I had to drive on expired tags for a month and then a dealership tag for a couple weeks. The title lady was very rude to our DMV person and said “well, that’s not my problem that the mail lost it. I’m not interested in helping them. Looks like they’re gonna have to park the car and wait.” There was also a rattle under the car that needed fixed along with a few other things so they kept the car for another 2 weeks, but it was never fixed. My mother in law fixed it. And lastly, I was offered a free oil change, so I made an appointment and had to sit there for 2 HOURS, also with a fussy baby. More
