Our car was taken for a recall and not returned in time for my husband to leave for work. When I made the appointment I communicated that to the gentleman but that was not notated on our account. This caus for my husband to leave for work. When I made the appointment I communicated that to the gentleman but that was not notated on our account. This caused a huge inconvenience to our family. We gave the okay for them to keep the car to actually get the recall done the next morning as long as it was back by 3 pm. I had to call at 2:30 to remind them. Ridiculous the lack of communication. Thought my phone was not making calls. They checked the system and it was working correctly. Tried my phone again and it did work. This is the closest Ford dealership to my home. The service department personnel are courteous and friendly. Took my vehicle in for an oil change, The Works which is supposed to include multi poi The service department personnel are courteous and friendly. Took my vehicle in for an oil change, The Works which is supposed to include multi point checks. I declined the tire rotation due to having new tires. Although the boxes for various items were checked as being in good condition, they were not actually inspected or tested. When being charged additional for The Works, one would expect an honest inspection of the listed items. More
