Service was good and timely. ..I was very disappointed a loaner wasn't available. To get one I would have had to wait three weeks. We had bought the car three months prior and a b ..I was very disappointed a loaner wasn't available. To get one I would have had to wait three weeks. We had bought the car three months prior and a big selling point (mentioned several times) was being given a loaner when the car was brought in for service. It wasn't mentioned, "If one is available at the time" we were just told we would be given one while our car was in service. I'm rating customer service below as fair because of this. Angie was very nice. More

Normally very good service, however on this occasion they kept my truck for 8 days without a loaner. I live 25 miles away and have grandchildren to take back and forth to school. Not happy with this service. kept my truck for 8 days without a loaner. I live 25 miles away and have grandchildren to take back and forth to school. Not happy with this service. Rep did not call me to keep me informed of truck status. When I finally went to pick it up, he would not even look me in the eye. I do appreciate this opportunity to share experience.
