Paid $150 for them to look at it for 3 days and all I got was “yep, there’s a problem, can’t tell you why” No one bothered to contact me with updates, I had to contact them and ask for information. The appointment was on time and the service of the vehicle was done in a timely manner. The service department called to inform me that the vehicle was ready to be picked up which is a nice thing sinc vehicle was done in a timely manner. I wasn't even sure there was a problem with the heat in my new F150. The whole crew was very courteous. There was small issue and it was fixed very quickly.
