They went above and beyond in picking my car up, fixing it and returning it to my home in the same day. They are always friendly, accommodating, and get the job done. Since my car is a Chevrolet, I only it and returning it to my home in the same day. They are always friendly, accommodating, and get the job done. My car had multiple issues needing serviced. I made an appointment to drop off the vehicle. The employees were friendly and explained what would happen next. If I could I would put zero stars! I went to pick up my vehicle and it wasn’t washed, there were greasy fingerprints on the steering wheel and if that wasn’t bad enough I found out once I got onto the inte vehicle and it wasn’t washed, there were greasy fingerprints on the steering wheel and if that wasn’t bad enough I found out once I got onto the interstate that the brake pedal went all the way to the floor! No brakes! I was told by the service advisor that he personally took it for a test drive and it was all fine. Well ok, I will just never go back to Max Ford for anything not even a oil change. Oh and they changed the oil and filter, I had an oil leak after that. If you tighten the oil filter all the way it won’t leak! Very displeased and disappointed with Max Ford! When I informed the advisor of everything most would think that the service manager would reach out but no not until I ask to speak to the owner. I was informed that the owner would reach out to me in regards to all of this...! Still waiting to speak to Mark Muller 75% owner or Robert Jacaway. Max Ford has my number. Mark call me when it’s convenient for you so we can discuss the lack of service that your dealership provides! Oh and I’ll add this - I picked my vehicle up the day before thanksgiving of this year and I’m still waiting to hear from Mark Muller. Like I said Mark I look forward to our phone call. Once things are rectified I will be happy to let the world know how Max Ford/Mark responded. If he owns and fixes their mistakes I’ll respect him a lot. Everyone has been warned about Max Ford and Max Motors. More
