time for service my last service took almost 3 hours. If I had known ahead, I could have dropped my car off rather than sitting in the waiting area that long. Lack of communication Took car in on 6.17 for FSA, returned on 6.19 for engine fault message finally got back on 7.6 after learning it was ready on 7.2 but no one called o Took car in on 6.17 for FSA, returned on 6.19 for engine fault message finally got back on 7.6 after learning it was ready on 7.2 but no one called or returned my calls on 7.2 or 7.3. Then was told I had to pay $200 deductible because the parts they had to replace were not part of the FSA The service manager was quick to get the situation resolved; however it doesn’t make up for the prior miscommunication More
Issues Resolved Originally had taken my vehicle in for an oil change that includes the 21 point inspection. Someone forgot to advise me that my battery was about dead Originally had taken my vehicle in for an oil change that includes the 21 point inspection. Someone forgot to advise me that my battery was about dead and the next time I tried to start my car the battery was dead which left me stranded. Chris Norris worked with me directly and made things right and went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. This is my second experience with Chris making things right for me and it is greatly appreciated. More

Locate problem with battery going dead. I worked with Alan and he was very much on top of the issue. I do not remember the name of the tech who worked on our car but he too was patient and I worked with Alan and he was very much on top of the issue.
