great response to some early vehicle quality issues while I was very disappointed that my 36 mile Expedition had sunroof and seat upholstery issues found 1 day into it's life, Jon Barnhill and the staf while I was very disappointed that my 36 mile Expedition had sunroof and seat upholstery issues found 1 day into it's life, Jon Barnhill and the staff at Max Ford responded by getting the vehicle in for resolution. The offer to pick the vehicle up 40 minutes away or provide a loaner was appreciated but ultimately not needed. I am hopeful the exceptional service I received continues into future years of normal vehicle service. Definitely a reason to visit this dealer. More

the service was good I told the person at my check in at 4 pm that I would wait for my truck in the visitors lounge. At 5:45 I went back to service desk to find out when I told the person at my check in at 4 pm that I would wait for my truck in the visitors lounge. At 5:45 I went back to service desk to find out when my truck would be finished, the young man who working at a desk in the drive through looked on the check-in desk and found my paper work that the service was complete. he had no idea why no one told me at completion. the works service was supposed to take about 45 minutes. he did comp the service which I thought was helpful, but I was still disappointed. I have my truck serviced there regularly and will do so again but I will not accept this level of customer care More
