Oil on my interior/exterior I took my car in for an oil change knowing my tires were bad and pieces of the tread were coming off. I'd already ordered new tires so I was prepared I took my car in for an oil change knowing my tires were bad and pieces of the tread were coming off. I'd already ordered new tires so I was prepared to explain that when they said i needed tires. The took my car back and about 45 minutes later they said I was all done, they said everything looked good and that tires had enough tred to make it through the winter. That should have been my first clue that the service was going to be sub par. I pay and go to the parking lot to await my car. The technician pulls my car around and gets out and grabs the paper floor mat out. I HRT in and there is oil on my steering wheel, center console, and my start button. There was also oil on the door handle inside and out side and onto the top of the window. I will not be going back to Max Ford. More

Above and beyond excellent service. I brought my car in at 830a needing oil change and inspection. I had an appt on the Harrisonville Square at 10a. The car was not finished by 945a so i I brought my car in at 830a needing oil change and inspection. I had an appt on the Harrisonville Square at 10a. The car was not finished by 945a so i asked about expected finish. Instead of having me cancel my appt. Ryan offered to drive me to my appt.(I'm sure thats not in his job description). He took me and picked me up and i was grateful not having to reschedule. When we arrived back Andrew talked to me about problem with my car. He ordered part and shortly thereafter it was ready to go. Then it was pay the bill time. The oil change was reasonable the part to fix the car was reasonable but the labor was outrageous for the time they actually worked on the car. I went to license bureau got new plates and returned to Max Motors. I found Andrew and he was kind enough to put new plates on for me. Excellent customet service. More
