I wish i could give 0 stars if possible. I booked a test drive for a 2021 cx-9 . They confirmed the appointment multiple times . Even send me a text to confirm it. But When I showed up at the dealership I was told they have no vehicle to test drive. I understand cars might have been sold out but i expect a courtesy call informing me about that so i don't have to ruin my weekend plans for this. Worst experience .
