Happy at Maxon I was dreading the search for a new car as most dealerships had awful reviews. I visited 3 different dealerships and each was worse than the other unt I was dreading the search for a new car as most dealerships had awful reviews. I visited 3 different dealerships and each was worse than the other until I went to Maxon. I met with Reggie Trail who told me he has been working at Maxon for 15 years. After working with him I know why. He is not your typical shady, high pressure, double talking salesman. Reggie is professional, personable, extremely knowledgeable, chill and an all-around nice person. He knows the cars he is selling, takes the time to explain everything, and is patient when it come time to negotiate (and for me to finally make a decision). I did not decide to buy on my first visit. I went home, did some additional research on pricing and then returned a week later. I met with Reggie again (he also helped me with the color), did some additional negotiating and purchased a new 2019 Hyundai Limited Tucson!!! I am ecstatic with my purchase!!! If you are looking for a Hyundai head to Maxon ( I found everyone here super friendly and helpful) and make sure to ask to work with Reggie Trail (major props). More

Brand new car - the engine went 6 months into lease .. I was sold a lemon. I have a case with the BBB. Be careful! It took me 2 yrs to resolve the matter. I was lied to and treated unfairly. This is not a good business to purchase a vehicle from. This happened twice. The first time it happened, they gave me another vehicle ... After 6 months with the “brand new” Hyundai Azera, the engine blew on the vehicle. I had timely oil change manintenance in between. Bad experience guys. Please mindful and proceed with caution.
