If I could give no stars I would. Dealership under construction, which I'm sure adds to the chaos. But it's no excuse for poor customer service. Not only did they have my car for over a month but made no effort to help me out with a loaner at any point knowing I lived 60+ miles away they probably didnt want to incur the expense. When the car was ready wouldn't even offer a shuttle to come pick me up or drive the car to me. When finally I picked up the car the hood was scratched in 3 places and two of my rims where chipped. We've been thinking about purchasing a Mazda CX5 for a while and finally left the dealership with our very first car. Our dealer Keith Martinez was great to work with. Unlike those pesky dealers who just want to sell you, Keith was very laid back and calm throughout the process. Not once did we feel pressured to buy the car on the spot. He and his manager Felix worked with our budget and kept us honest during negotiation. The overall environment at Maxon is great! They treat you like people and not just a sale. All dealerships should learn a thing or two from them! More

Total time waste at this dealership This dealership is extremely bad. I wasted a lot of time (multiple days) at this dealership trying to lease a new car. They do not honor the truecar c This dealership is extremely bad. I wasted a lot of time (multiple days) at this dealership trying to lease a new car. They do not honor the truecar certificates they issue. When you get there with your truecar certificate, they will build your contract in such a way that the price of the car is jacked up and then the discount is provided which means effectively there are no discounts. Inventory on their website is messed up. They have to manually check if the car you are interested in is in their lot. John is a very unfriendly guy. He manipulates the amounts manually (jacks up monthly payments or price) to cheat you and dishonor the truecar certificates. But you have to go through him, thats how the dealership is structured. I had to make 3 trips because John Matos was on vacation. If you have an option don't deal with this guy. More
