If you like high-pressure sales tactics to rip you off, this is the dealership for you!!! If I could give a zero star, I would. Unfortunately, I did NOT have a pleasant experience with the finance manager Kenny Kilpatrick. While I was waiting to finalize my financing, he was tellin me about his daily recreational drug habits, and I was definitely a bit concerned that this guy was running financing. A day later, he texts me saying I have to sign documents urgently, so he calls me, tries to sell me another $5000 in warranties and then sends completely different financing than the terms I had negotiated earlier. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP. I really hope that the dealership sees this situation as unprofessional and unacceptable More
Worst car buying experience I have ever had. The dealership worked with a well known and liked broker. Spent days trying to get them on the phone after they made a deal with the broker. Delivered the car 3 days late, even after the title was transferred. Waiting over a month now for plates with an expired temp. Every call goes to a receptionist who pushes it off to an answering machine. Rude costumer service! This dealership does not care about buyer!! Beware and shop somewhere else. More

I was disappointed in my buying experience here. Prior to visiting the dealer, I called in twice and spoke to two different ‘internet’ sales reps to confirm the “Maxon” price on their website was f Prior to visiting the dealer, I called in twice and spoke to two different ‘internet’ sales reps to confirm the “Maxon” price on their website was firm and would be the starting price for any potential negotiation. When I showed up, like clockwork the ask price became $3k more than what was promised to me by two different people. It showed me they will do anything to bring in a buyer and are willing to throw any sort of integrity out the window. I ended up arguing with them for way too long and eventually getting the price originally quoted, but it was an unnecessary and stressful 40 minutes of my life I won’t get back. They must make a lot of money on people who don’t call ahead or don’t put up a fight. Personally, I find this selling strategy…(putting a price on a site, quoting that price on the phone, then increasing that price upon arrival) unethical. Whoever reads this can decide for themselves but I will not buy from them again. More
Run away from dealing with Maxon. ..especially Samantha C. We communicated over email on what my out the door price would be for a used car. She verified she could do it. Was dealing with Samantha C. on email on the price of a used Mazda. I told her what I'd like my out the door price to be and she indicated she could match it. I was out of state and had a lengthy drive and she knew it. When I got there she indicated she could not honor the deal, but tacked on over $5k in deal fees. A huge disappointment! Do yourself a favor and do not do business with Maxon. More
Bought a top of the line Ioniq 6 here. Took delivery 4/29/23. 2 months later the radio stopped working. Since the car was so new when I called I figured they'd see me right away - no - Took delivery 4/29/23. 2 months later the radio stopped working. Since the car was so new when I called I figured they'd see me right away - no - a 2 week wait for a service appointment. Brought the car, they said the'd need it for the day - 10 days later they finally agreed to order a new radio. OK, I said - what's thelead time? Oh, we don't know, they don't tell us, the part just shows up but then we need to install it in your car within 5 days. It's now 5 weeks since I brought the car in - still no radio and no idea when it's coming. The service people work hard at making their problems into the customer's problem. More
