I understand you are frustrated, as I explained over the phone a few minutes ago, the dealership has no control over parts availability. We are doing everything we can do to rectify the issue with your car, including working with the manufacturer reps at corporate to expedite. We have to follow manufacturer guidelines and procedures which we have and, unfortunately, now the radio replacement is not available. As always, you have my cell phone number, call me anytime.
