Maxwell Ford takes care business when it comes to maintenance and in my case, handling recall repairs. Their Service department is just unbelievable, this place runs like a Swiss watch. All the Service Advisors are super friendly, motivated, and very knowledgeable, mine was Milo Padilla, total Professional. Mechanics have their stuff together too, Recall Repair was supposed to take an entire day, Mechanic was done in 4.5 hours! Now that’s service. May GOD Bless this Dealership staff for all the good work they do taking care business. More

I had another good experience with Maxwell Ford service today. Went in for my 90k service. Scheduling was easy, the service agent was helpful and explained some additional services they recommended, why an today. Went in for my 90k service. That's why I go back to Maxwell instead of other dealers in Austin. More

 Professional, knowledgeable, and honest would be the three words I would use to describe the salesman Troy and Rudy at Maxwell Ford, where I bought my used 2009 Mercedes SL 550. If I were asked to choos three words I would use to describe the salesman Troy and Rudy at Maxwell Ford, where I bought my used 2009 Mercedes SL 550. If I were asked to choose one word to describe my experience, it would simply be… Impressive. The entire operation is incredibly impressive. In late January, my 2002 Lexus SC 430 was rear-ended and totaled out. I spent the last six weeks scouring the state of Texas and nearby states, looking to replace her with the same model close to the following year. To say the last six weeks were difficult would be putting it mildly. I’ve interacted with several dealerships, and they gave me questionable pricing, extremely Photoshop photos of the vehicles, horrible service, and inaccurate information. This prompted my search for another hardtop convertible, and I landed on the Mercedes SL class. I found one to my liking and price range, which was the amount the insurance gave me to replace my vehicle at Maxwell Ford on Saturday. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday, and I was greeted by Rudy, who promptly gathered all the relevant information and took me to look at the vehicle I was interested in. He was knowledgeable about the car, and, per my request, we went for a test drive where he drove so I could view the vehicle while he drove. Shortly after, he introduced me to a secondary sales professional, Troy, who thoroughly reviewed the pricing and Car-fax report and answered my outstanding questions. I gave him my counteroffer; Troy promptly went to work to see if the dealership and I could agree. To make things efficient during that time. Rudy and I went for another test drive, where I drove. When we returned, Troy had secured a price agreeable to both parties and within my budget. As a single female, I greatly appreciated the upfront, honest negotiations I had with this team versus talks I had with other sales representatives and dealerships full of aggressive negotiation tactics and price gouging. Once we agreed on the price, and after a minimal wait in the lobby, I was escorted back into finance to sign the paperwork with Jason, who was also thorough and patient and explained all the paperwork I was signing and even answered any outstanding questions. All in all, the financing process, because I was paying cash, was less than 20 minutes. I placed a cash deposit as I need to get the insurance check cashed on Monday and will return to the dealership Monday or shortly after to pick up the vehicle. Upfront, I did not have the car looked at by a mechanic. However, I have an appointment with my trusted mechanic next week and will update this review accordingly. To align expectations of further updates. I am having my mechanic look for glaring big things like oil leaks or cracked radiators. I fully expect a 15-year-old car to need some work of some kind. That’s just the nature of it. Given the professionalism and honesty of my entire experience, I’m not expecting to find any glaring issues with my vehicle. Regardless, I’ll post whatever we find, including a picture of my “new to me” car. I believe every woman, especially a single woman, should have an honest mechanic and a car dealership with the buying power of a big city dealership but with the integrity and professionalism of a small-town car dealership. On Saturday, I found my go-to car dealership at Maxwell Ford!! When you head down to Mawell Ford, ask for Troy or Rudy; they will take great care of you. More
