Disappointing customer service. Won’t be going back at this point. When I expressed frustration at showing up a third time for a scheduled appointment to install a ceramic coating I Won’t be going back at this point. When I expressed frustration at showing up a third time for a scheduled appointment to install a ceramic coating I purchased with the vehicle, I was told for a third time they couldn’t do it that day altogether (or couldn’t do it at the scheduled time meaning I would have to wait there for hours). When expressing my frustration I was told by the sales individual “it is what it is” with no line of sight to a resolution. Great response for an allegedly customer serviced oriented dealership… Each time I commuted 30 mi each way, wasting hours and still no ceramic coating completed despite already having paid for it. I’d now rather drive twice as far to a different Ford dealership that wants my business. More
