John From Maxwell Ford in the Service department was absolutely on top of the repair. From the time I walked in to the very end. He absolutely took care of me and most importantly my Truck! Phone calls absolutely on top of the repair. From the time I walked in to the very end. He absolutely took care of me and most importantly my Truck! Phone calls and text messages answered immediately. He helped me out with an oil change coupon as well. They did an excellent job on the A/C the oil change and the State inspection. He also made sure my truck was under warranty before ever doing any work. We talked about the job before they started so he had a little input to give the repair technician. I have baught 2 Ford Rangers and two Ford Mustangs from Maxwell and when I go back for my first 4x4 Ford Ranger it will be with Maxwell. This is a very satisfied customer. Thanks again John!
