Cindy my service advisor was great. I was disappointed with the Ford process of only being able to order 5 replacement parts at at a time for my recall on my front window shield panel I was disappointed with the Ford process of only being able to order 5 replacement parts at at a time for my recall on my front window shield panels that flew off. The recall was 2 years ago and I just now got it fixed. Cindy did everything she could and I appreciate her. It's just a stupid policy that they can't supply all the dealerships with the parts they need for recalls. More
