The only further attempt to resolve my concern was waiving the diagnostic fee, which to me, says that you acknowledge you guys made a mistake. If that’s the case, then you should fix my car free of charge. But you guys are crooks and will never do that, feel free to prove me wrong and pay for my car. Otherwise you should fire the technician who is negligent, he could’ve cost people their lives or serious injury.
