Diana, We have been in contact with you and have looked at your vehicle numerous times. You told us that your tire was leaking air, so we asked you to bring it in and took it to our shop and found no leak in the tire. You returned stating your front left wheel was bent and we replaced the wheel for you. While waiting for your new rim we purchased for you, we put a spare tire on the rear for your safety and when the rim came in, we replaced that rim on the back where we placed the spare. We have a picture of your rim you had us replace and it does show that it was bent. We're sorry that after further attempts to resolve your concerns, another rim being bent, that we were unable to meet your expectations. Mr. Welch, We were willing to sell you the vehicle for the advertised price. You were unhappy with the trade-in value that we offered so the salesperson you were dealing with told you that you could go sell the vehicle to Car Max and we would still sell you our vehicle at the price you wanted to pay. We never said that we would match Car Max’s offer. In addition, It was only after you berated one of our finance managers and verbally assaulted him with racial prejudice that you were asked to leave. At this point, I think we can mutually agree not to do business with each other.
