I was told I could only get the internet price if I traded a vehicle in. I’ve never heard of this before and I’m in the business. I agreed to trade and was given a ridiculous offer for my trade. $12k l traded a vehicle in. I’ve never heard of this before and I’m in the business. I agreed to trade and was given a ridiculous offer for my trade. $12k less than 2 other dealerships. They obviously did that on purpose so they wouldn’t be able to give me the internet price and charge me a higher price. The internet director emailed me about my experience and I told her what happened and then never heard back from her. What a terrible buying experience. I will be sure none of my friends experience this from this particular store. I also have the text messages to prove that I can only have the internet price if I traded a vehicle. Again I’ve never heard of a dealership doing this and I’m in the business. WOW More

I'm in my early fifties and have bought a LOT of cars... Christine Boyd is literally one of the best people I have ever dealt with in the car industry. I was an early order number for the new Ford Bronco a Christine Boyd is literally one of the best people I have ever dealt with in the car industry. I was an early order number for the new Ford Bronco and there have been a lot of issues from Ford (as everyone knows). From the very beginning, she's always been upbeat with me, very proactive, makes great suggestions when we designed it together and then since to see about getting the production sooner (I have a hard top version, fully loaded). She always answers or calls you right back and always with great attitude. I wish more in the car industry were like Christine. More
Terrible. On Thursday i saw three F-150’s online I was interested in. Called and the guy said “not sure if they’re here I’d have to go walk up the hill.” I was like well, can ya go walk up the hill? No sales drive at all. Never called me back. On Saturday I called again and was given a guy Rich or Richard. I told him I wanted to see the 3 F-150’s online. He said one was sold but they have the black 4x4 V8 there. I said perfect! He said let me just make sure. I said please do because we are 45 min away but I’m ready to make a deal today. Never called me back. 20 min later I had to call him. I said what’s the deal? “Oh another sales rep had the keys and was looking at it but I will see what i have and call you back ASAP!” His exact words. I said again please do because we are in the car ready to come there but I need to know if you have the truck or similar or we are not driving 45 min. Guess what……NEVER called back! I’m still shocked. Twice no call? Don’t you want business? Aren’t you driven by commission? Laziest sales people ever! After an hour went by we went to Toyota of Cedar park and bought a 2021 5.7L TRD Tundra. Maxwell’s loss. still no call and it’s 11:03pm. More

Beware of low trade in value and price misrepresentation! We drove 3.5 hours to purchase a Ford F-150 priced at $42988. Upon arrival, the window price was $47988. We were told by Scott not to worry that we qualified for the price online since we had a trade in and needed financing, which was not listed anywhere online. We were then told that we would get the highest price on our trade in. When it came back at $28500, we were insulted. They countered at $34500 and recommended that we go to Carmax and get a quote they would match. Well, 2 hours later, Carmax came back with an offer for $37000. We returned with the offer and were told they would not honor that and recommended we go sell it to Carmax and return to purchase their vehicle. We will not be doing any business with Maxwell Ford.
