Told her why we were there and she asked two sales people if they could help and thy laughed and said they were to busy. She could not find another. The two guys were standing there BSing with other Ford employees. The receptionist said she was sorry and was still looking. We just left. I guess they had made all the money they wanted that day. We went to Georgetown and were pleasantly received. More

PLEASE READ if you are in the market for a vehicle, especially used. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. This was my first time purchasing a car, ever, as a young 24 year old trying to mak especially used. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. This was my first time purchasing a car, ever, as a young 24 year old trying to make well-informed decision amongst a used car market being at it's all time highs. My scenario was different, as I had to take this vehicle across country shortly after purchasing and was given every promise under the sun that it would be road read. So I knew the territory I was stepping into, but DID NOT expect to get this terrible of service. The sales representative Blake Engels, was your typical used car salesman at best; pushy, trying to upsell, not transparent on the costs associated with the vehicle, and provided terrible customer service after the sale. I was even given the wrong Carfax, which is evidently wrong in itself. So call me a sucker for getting looped into a vehicle at a price I probably shouldn't have purchased, but that is not where my frustration lies. The root of my annoyance with Blake, Fernando, Ike, and Aaron is the lack of concern for the customer. Not even 1,000 miles into driving the truck and a check engine light came on, signaling an error code that I had a mechanic quote "had likely been previously cleared by the dealership mechanics" as a way to sell something that was not road ready = SHADY. Could be hearsay, you decide if that's true, but fine, again, I knew the territory with purchasing an "As Is" used car. But when I tried to reach out to ask about how to resolve this issue on my own dime, I never once received a call or text back. I was transferred, had my name written down, spoke to a manger, told the sales manager was being contacted, and everything else in between on a circus of communication that as you can imagine led no where. 10-15 calls and several texts later, still 0 response and 0 willingness to for support. This place is like Fool's Gold, Devil in disguise, Fairy Tale, etc.; however you want to cut it. They pressure you as hard as they possibly can (i get it, a salesman's job) to make the sale, but will leave you high and dry after the fact. Then some month and a half later when I sent a hail mary text, to see if they cared about bad reviews, only response I got was "Next time you buy a used car buy a warranty", as a last sarcastic dagger this guy wanted to throw out there. Like come on dude, stop working the job for 1 minute and show some humanity; the sale is already finished. Plain and simple, there are other dealerships in the area that warrant your time. This is a run of the mill dealership, that made my first car purchase to be a pretty crappy experience. You will get treated like a sale here and not as customer. I cannot emphasize enough, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. More
This dealership came to my rescue when I was in crisis mode. While visiting Austin from Abilene, thieves stole the taillights from my 2021 F-250 Powerstroke King Ranch, leaving me 100% stranded, 235 miles mode. While visiting Austin from Abilene, thieves stole the taillights from my 2021 F-250 Powerstroke King Ranch, leaving me 100% stranded, 235 miles from home for three days. The parts and service people at Maxwell bent over backwards to locate, ship and overnight parts from multiple locations, then took my pickup directly into service to get me on the road so I could go home. I am a stranger to them and they came to my rescue. I'm grateful, I'm home now and I can't say enough about these good people. If you're in or near Austin, you can't go wrong with the people at Maxwell. They sure took excellent care of me. More

Tried to trade in a vehicle. This dealership is over rated. The salesman said there was nothing he could do, that the Manager had only provided 1 option. So needless to say, they don't communicate well rated. The salesman said there was nothing he could do, that the Manager had only provided 1 option. So needless to say, they don't communicate well and they certainly do not make an effort to help potential customers. Oh...and the Sales Internet Manager doesn't reply to emails. They must not need the business. More
Crooked staff from top to bottom. If they tell you a price, question it. If they quote you financing, question it. If management comes to the table to, "clear things up," expect to be lied to. Expect a bait and switch tactic. When’s the salesman starts with “in full transparency” after we talked with him on the phone and drove an hour to get there. No thank you! starts with “in full transparency” after we talked with him on the phone and drove an hour to get there. No thank you! More
