My customer service person was Dillon Cole and he was top-notch. The service was also completed very timely. The only less complimentary thing I would say about the dealership itself, is that when I originally called, the person who answered the phone was seemingly totally disinterested in talking to me and answering any questions. You would have thought she didn’t care to have a job at all. It was quite offputting, but I really needed to take my car to a Ford dealership and it was the one closest to my house. They need to improve their front of house personnel so they do not turn off potential customers. More
