We took our car (that we bought from Maxwell) in because the maintenance light kept coming on. We explained that the engine would act up and the light would come on. They did $577 worth of things and we are still having the same problem. Why did my husband go put and pull the spark plugs and we can tell they had never been checked. It never crossed the service dept to check spark plugs??? That is the last time we will do any kind of business here. Not to mention when my daughter went to get the car the woman she went up to for help blew her off until my daughter took one of her cards. I guess she knew that was a bad sign. Terrible customer service. More

Went to go get an oil change twice over here and i don't know what they got going in there. But a oil change should not be $161 which is insane to me since if I would to do it myself or go to another shop i know what they got going in there.
