Maxwell are great and the service process works well. 1 suggestion is that if the service duration extends beyond 60 mins the service agent should check in with the client to let them know what the eta m 1 suggestion is that if the service duration extends beyond 60 mins the service agent should check in with the client to let them know what the eta may end up being. Easy to schedule service. Never sure about tech capability. Quick lube places are faster but not rotating tires and providing safety/service checks. I decided to purchase my leased vehicle (which expired in Feb this year). Since I don’t know anyone on the sales side; so, I used Ford app to a request a sales associate. The process was pretty straightforward, the transaction was completed in two hours. There were two things I was impressed: 1. I had buyers remorse on getting a loan, the business manager responded to my request. (Deleted the loan application from the system which has its complications.) 2. Nick Pohl called when the license plates arrived at the dealership. His actions to get the plates installed (there were a minor issue), and put on the registration paper/sticker where they belonged. It was small stuff, but I was surprised, thinking that he could simply handed me those and wish me luck. I am a firm believer that ‘human enriches business operation’.
