I can’t speak for sales, but Maxwell Ford Service is the best I have ever used in 20 years of driving Fords. I never have issues, staff is professional, efficient, and courteous. The techs do great work. Th best I have ever used in 20 years of driving Fords. I never have issues, staff is professional, efficient, and courteous. The techs do great work. They are so good that I plan to buy my next Ford from them, just because I’d like to think the buying experience will be on par with the service center experience. Today I specifically worked with Robert. More

Best experience I have had getting my car serviced. Most of the time they act like could care less about my business - the person that helped this week made me feel Welcome and went above and beyond Most of the time they act like could care less about my business - the person that helped this week made me feel Welcome and went above and beyond More
As typical, I am again very disappointed in the performance from Maxwell Ford. First of all, one of the service recommendations was to replace the crankcase filter to the tune of $1,100. Looking performance from Maxwell Ford. First of all, one of the service recommendations was to replace the crankcase filter to the tune of $1,100. Looking under the hood, our vehicle doesn’t even have this system. Trying to figure out why this was even recommended. Additionally, I checked the oil level when we got back to the house. Oil level was a full quart low. I had to go to the auto parts store to purchase and add the oil. My guess is because our vehicle has the 2.0 liter Ecoboost engine as opposed to the 1.6 liter. The oil capacity for the engines are different. They need to remind their technicians about this. And finally, the reason we took the vehicle in was for an oil leak. After getting the vehicle back in the garage, there are still oil drips on the floor. Not as bad but for a $2,400 repair job, I would expect no leaks at all. More
