16 days to get our vehicle back from an oil change Nyal was very polite and professional. However, not impressed with it taking 16 days to arrange for someone to return our vehicle. We have 3 other "complimentary services" that will go unused at this service department. Ultimately, our vehicle came back with an oil change and an "adjusted rear view mirror." Steve in sales was great at the time of the sale but that was it. Took 5 weeks to arrange our first service (which was still not assisted by him) and very misleading. We will definitely take our vehicle elsewhere in the future. We were also told that there was a service bulletin on our mirror vibrating and no adjustments could be made. Therefore, a new windshield was necessary. Yet, the windshield was not replaced and a windshield company was able to make an adjustment that Chevy (who puts out the service bulletin) said was not possible. More

When i got done with the trip i went to the dealership and looked at it at closing time and came back the next day & bought it. At this point i had been away from my wife & daughter almost a week. I was homesick with a busted vehicle. They were aware of my situation and got me in & out without hassle. They even allowed a good price for my trade even though it wasnt running. More

Disappointed I came to this dealership because they had the car I wanted . After having it checked out, I found out it was in a wreck after reading the car fax and I came to this dealership because they had the car I wanted . After having it checked out, I found out it was in a wreck after reading the car fax and talking to the body shop that fixed it . Mayes uses another company that did not have that in the report and after asking for a drop in the price they said no because that's wasn't their problem because they didn't know when they bought the car . There was also a gash in the tire and they said if I wanted them to fix it that it would cost me $200 but if I fixed it myself they wouldn't lower the price . I was disappointed in the service I had and will not be returning . I came to the dealership thinking high hopes but left disappointed More
