Service Center I live in Ozark. I had a great experience purchasing my car. I didn't mind the long drive to service considering the deal. However, it was a very i I live in Ozark. No one was friendly to me, after I left about 20 miles down the road my tire sensor light came on. So after 2 hours on the road and getting my Captiva serviced I was told to bring it back so they could reset the sensor. Needless to say I was unhappy! I asked if I could just take it to Dennis Hanks in Ozark. So I did and the technician knew enough to pull my car away from all the metal to set the sensor. Everyone was so nice there, I was met at the garage door and greeted and thanked for bringing my car to them. Here is my question--why would I drive so far out of my way for a free service with unfriendly people? More

They had set up a budgeted price range. Mike was quick in getting the final paperwork done. The finance wizard John, worked hard to get a car payment they could live with. Every one was smiles and we did not feel pressured. We had fun. Our team of workers stayed until the ink had dried and the keys were handed over to a very happy and excited couple.
