Mike was extremely cordial and profession without the pushiness I have experienced at other dealers. My wife and I have been putting off buying a new car mostly because of all the horror stories of the process (and the cost of course). We were both so relieved to have met Jeff Harrison. He took the time to show us every car we were interested in and helped narrow it down to the car with the options we wanted. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend. After selecting the perfect car for my wife and I, Jeff Silvey helped us out with the financial options. We were originally going to secure independent financing for the car but decided to see what Jeff Silvey could do for us. He not only presented Mayse’s financing options but showed us what local credit unions were offering (Which is what we were planning to use). My wife and I left the lot and picked up the car the next day after they detailed it out. The car looked amazing. It had some very minor damage to a few things (ding on tire rim, a few small paint chips) but Jeff Harrison advised he would take care of them for us. Jeff Harrison took the time to show my wife and I how to pair our phones with the Bluetooth and all the controls of the car (XM radio, heated seats ac/heat ect). As we sat in our new car in the lot (Chevrolet Malibu 2011) we were in shock how much fun the whole process was with Jeff Harrison. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAYSE AND JEFF HARRISON if you need a new car. Now let me share how impressed we were with the product itself. Chevrolet has put together a beautiful and wonderfully handling car with awesome features for the money. The car drives smooth and is very quiet. The sound system (not Bose) is remarkable and the heated seats make for a vacation of a trip this time of year (late November). We were in awe as we talked to friends over the in car Bluetooth system. People did not realize they were talking to us over an in car system! The safety features were rated tops in the class. We have been considering this car for over a year and looked at all the foreign models that were comparable. They are all well built but did not excite us like the Chevrolet. I love the fact it was an American built car, but quality was the final reason for the purchase. The only concern we had about the Malibu is that the resale value has not been established like on some of the foreign cars (Honda, Nissan ect). Honestly I don’t really care because my wife and I keep our cars for a very long time. We also debated on holding off for the alleged 2013 redesign of the Malibu but life is too short. We needed a new car now. We also really liked the price point of the 2011 and the design. My mother in law (who recently bought a Honda CRV) remarked “It rides smoother than my car” and “The seats are so comfortable”… We noticed those facts as well…(hence the purchase). Thank you Jeff Harrison and Jeff Silvey for your wonderful service. Thank you Chevrolet for making an amazing car! For anyone buying a car and for sure anyone buying a Chevrolet, GMC, or Buick…you would be crazy for going anywhere other than Mayse!!! Ask for Jeff Harrison! Thanks Jeff! Jon and Leslie More

I went to Mayse not knowing exactly what vechicle is was really interested in. The reason we went to Mayse was because of the pricing and when I made an interest in a car they responded quickly. I had been searching for a particular used vehicle model via the Internet for weeks and found it (with low miles) at Mayse Automotive. Unfortunately, Mayse was 4 hours away from my home and I was reluctant via the Internet for weeks and found it (with low miles) at Mayse Automotive. Unfortunately, Mayse was 4 hours away from my home and I was reluctant to drive 250 miles to look at a car that might not be quite what I expected. From my initial inquiry, Shane was great at following up and answering my questions. He assured me that he'd make my trip as easy as possible. He called my cell before I arrived to confirm he would be available, had the vehicle waiting out front for me when I arrived, and made the whole experience the smoothest vehicle purchase I've ever made.
