WOW, is the first word that comes to mind for us shopping at Mayes Automotive and having the best salesman, Mike Whitesel. We drove 2 hours to get there and do not regret it all. I called Mayse before traveling there to ask if they still had a vehicle that was advertised in the newspaper because I live several miles away. Mike was very knowledgable about the vehicles. He was with another customer part of the time but still made us feel very well attended to. We were looking for a new truck but found a truck that was less with another customer part of the time but still made us feel very well attended to. It was used for about 7 months and traded in for something more economical. We really liked it and the price was great! Jeff in financing was very helpful and found a good financing for us and no pressure to buy all of the extra packages they had to offer. Tripp on the finance side gave us all of the information we needed to make an informed decision about the various financing options, and we got a better rate than we were offered from other banks. Overall, a great group of people sold us a great car at a great price. I plan on using Mayse for all of my car purchases for as long as they keep offering such a high level of service. More
