Fuel level sensor repair Amazing customer service (as usual). I called in because of my fuel level sensor issue, Shawn scheduled an appointment for me. I showed up, they checked things out, Shawn notified me the part did need to be replaced - said would have to order it in and my vehicle would be ready the next day. Set me up with a loaner to use in the meantime. Always awesome customer service at Mayse. Which is why I drive 35 miles to them instead of using the Chevy/gmc dealership a couple miles up the road. Very helpful and NOT pushy! Eric did a great job helping me with the car I was looking at. I wanted a couple specific options in the car I wanted, like a sun roof and garage door Eric did a great job helping me with the car I was looking at. I wanted a couple specific options in the car I wanted, like a sun roof and garage door opening functions.The Ford Taurus I went to look at was everything I wanted,except those 2 things, mainly I wanted the sunroof.I called Eric back and told him I was going to continue looking at the other Ford Taurus that had those options and if I couldn't get what I wanted I'd be back. My husband and I went back the next day, after a little negotiation on both cars and we bought this Ford Taurus. I LOVE this car,even without the sunroof, it's AWESOME!!! It was a good experience, after having my car for 8 yrs, that I was stressing about being pushed and feeling forced into a car I wasn't completely sure about!
