Purchased "almost new" car. We live in Joplin, Missouri, about a 50 minute drive from Aurora, but had heard good things about this dealership from a friend. In an on-line search of Mayse's website we found a Buick Enclave closely fitting our desired specifications: leather seating, heated front seats, and separate air conditioning controls for the front passengers, used but low mileage (to reduce the initial depreciation hit), flat interior deck for hauling lots of gear for our frequent trips. We sent a note via the website that we'd be coming to Aurora the next morning about 11:00 and would like to have our 2010 Honda Accord valued for a possible trade-in on the Enclave. Kelby Parks, the sales person who met with us, was VERY well-informed about the features of the Enclave, arranged for a person to evaluate our car while we took a test drive (by ourselves- our preference), and was fully prepared to discuss any issues and potentially make a deal when we returned after about a 25 minute test drive. The Enclave was "priced right" to begin with or we would not have made the drive to Aurora. The trade-in offer on our somewhat dented Accord was "spot on" the Kelly Blue Book estimate and above one we'd received a few days before at a dealership in Joplin. We agreed to an excellent deal, cleaned out our Accord while the dealership staff preped the Enclave and put our license plates on. Start to satisfactory conclusion was about 3 1/2 hours. Everyone at this dealership was friendly, polite and professional; the sales and finance people both had a good sense of humor and made the experience fun. This dealership is lovely: clean, up-to-date and neat in every respect. We were extremely impressed and totally satisfied. More

What we wanted, how we wanted, when we needed We had an idea of what we wanted after numerous late night and Sunday trips to different lots to see the inventory without being bothered by salesmen. Then on the one day that we both took off work and had to do everything that day, suddenly we couldn't find the make, model, or year in the combination we wanted. One dealer even claimed to check the online inventory of every dealer in SW Missouri and said there wasn't one available, but they would get us a different model with some of the options we wanted if we would buy that day. We left to think about it over lunch, and we just happened to check the Mayse website and found they showed exactly the model we had just been told wasn't available anywhere. We made a call, talked to Drew about holding that vehicle while we drove out from Springfield. 45 minutes later we were doing the paperwork for our new GMC Terrain SLT! More
