Do not waste your time. We bought a 2015 Dodge Ram on Saturday August 26th, Sunday September 3rd the truck wouldn't start. We called Mayse on Monday to inform them of the pro We bought a 2015 Dodge Ram on Saturday August 26th, Sunday September 3rd the truck wouldn't start. We called Mayse on Monday to inform them of the problem and Greg was very professional and helpful, he suggested we get a jump and take it to Orileys to have the truck looked at and figure out the cause of the problem. Our battery was completely shot so Greg offered to reimburse us for the new battery. On Tuesday we drove the truck back from Illinois to Mayse to have the service department figure out the cause of the drained battery. Shawn insisted the truck was fine and there was no other problems however, he suggest we get a "We Owe" in case something happens with the battery again. When we went to get our check from Stan Davidson all we got was attitude. He was very rude and unapologetic and refused to give us a "We Owe". We were also questioned by several other employees as to why we did not just go to the dodge dealership even though we were in a small town in Illinois that did not have a Dodge dealership. After arguing with Stan about wanting the "We Owe" he finally decided to give us a rental and Mayse would take the truck to the Dodge dealership and have them inspect our truck for further issues. The customer service at this place with the exception of Shawn and Greg is a complete joke. More
