A little disappointed this time. I have always been very pleased with the service I have received from Mayes Autumotive. They always do good work. In past years if they had to keep my I have always been very pleased with the service I have received from Mayes Autumotive. They always do good work. In past years if they had to keep my car overnight or longer they would give me a loaner vehicle and in some instances picked up and returned my car to me. This time they did neither. I live 36 miles from their shop, I had to find someone to follow me both ways in order to have me car worked on. The work they did was great but a big inconvience for me. More

Best Car Buying Experience This was by far my best car buying experience I've ever had. I went in knowing the exact car I wanted, and Duell was great at answering any and all o This was by far my best car buying experience I've ever had. I went in knowing the exact car I wanted, and Duell was great at answering any and all of my many questions. Duell made sure I was able to learn more about the vehicle I was looking into as well as cheaper options so that he knew what I was looking to buy was really what I wanted. I still purchased the more expensive option that I originally went for, but it made me feel good to know that he offered me cheaper options and packages on the same type of car to make sure I knew all the features I was paying for and whether I really wanted them or not. I've never been in such a low pressure, really no pressure, car buying experience. Duell was such a help and so down to earth and helpful. Rob B in the financing department was also great to work with. I was able to get a payment lower than expected and added some features to keep my car looking and running like new for years to come. Overall amazing experience. I will be back and send others!! More
