Found listing online, and (unlike other dealers with similar discounts) Mayse was up-front about pricing, including which rebates applied to my situation (countless run-arounds elsewhere, particularly in Arkansas), so I found myself in their dealership. Came in with wonderful financing offer through credit union in hand, but Mayse financing actually beat that rate, which was completely unexpected! Kelby defied my previous expectations and experiences with car dealers (and I had dealt with several "skeezy" dealers on the phone that week, just trying to get an honest cash price on a car I already knew I wanted). The funny thing is (at least to me), my father bought a similar new car on the same day, at another lot, and our experience totally wins! Kelby pulled the Encore into a showcase garage (velvet ropes included...imagine eyeing your proposed new Buick in the company of Corvette Stingrays and sexy Camaros), where we got the rock-star treatment (despite our lack of rock-star funds). I sincerely wish to thank Kelby and Rob for giving me some faith in car dealers. We are in love with our new car! Have dealt with many dealerships, and Mayse is the only one that brings the word "trust" to mind. Would recommend to any friend! More

The reason being, was that, the price was actually lower than any I had found after days of searching on-line . Another reason is I live about 4 hrs. away and didn't want any surprises after I drove that far . The Mayse staff answered all my questions quickly and assured me they would hold the truck until I got there . All-in-All it was one of the smoothest vehicle buys I have ever dealt with . Staff was great to deal with, walked around their lot and looked at their inventory-- seemed they had about any GMC or Chevrolet that a person could want .. I will be checking back with them for my next vehicle , FOR SURE !!! More
