With the temperatures only being in the 20s on the day of our visit it was wonderful to be able to know when we got there exactly what we were looking for. We gave a list to our salesman, he brought keys for the vehicles that we already had selected to test, and then we were able to go from there. There was never a time that we felt we were being pressured. After we made a selection and set a price we went to the finance person who we gave a set amount for a payment and he made it happen. Within a few hours from driving onto the lot to driving off the lot we were finished. More

Drove 50 miles to s We recently purchased a 2016 Program Impala LTZ. Saw this car on their web site. Called ahead about the car and talked to Drew. Drove 50 miles to see the car. Drew had the car ready for us to see when we arrived. Car was as described and as expected. Drew was very helpful while showing the car and throughout the purchase process. Worked with he and Rick Mayse on the final price and correcting the few minor discrepancies that can be expected on a previously driven car. Probably gave a few dollars more than we should have but the car is exactly what we wanted and the price was fair. Correction of the discrepancies were handled by sales but repaired by the service department in a professional and timely manner. This was my first experience with Mayse Auto and found it to be very pleasant while meeting our needs completely in sales, finance, and service. I will look to Mayse for future purchases. More

Had a bad experience, they made it right. We will see.. Three things, I wish I could share pictures. We had our vehicle in for it's first service, oil change, tire rotation and such. When we picked up our vehicle the tech placed the service reminder 5" down and 4" from the left post right in the middle of my view, no big deal to move but really? Then we drove home and when we got there oil smell and smoke was coming from under the hood, I looked and there was oil on the engine, not a little oil, but a lot. A couple of drops would have dissipated in the 45 mile trip home so it was a lot, so that was the second thing, I was mildly upset, but things happen. But then #3 got me going, the next morning when we got in the truck my wife looked at the headliner over the drivers door and told me there was a greasy handprint and another spot which was probably made from the techs dirty hat. The dealership took care of it at their considerable expense the very next day and detailed our vehicle completely. So I will review the next trip, hopefully better than this review. I want to stress, Mayse took care of the problem right away, but it should have never happened in the first place. They filled our truck with gas as an extra, which I appreciated, and told me every effort would be made so this does not happen again. More

Needless to say, I have received nothing less than great customer service! They treat you with respect and try their best to fit you with the car you are looking for. Mike Whitsel is a super guy to work with, patient, & very knowledgeable about the different vehicles. Stan will get you a great price for your trade-in, too!! Also told service manager I needed tires balanced - especially right front. Manager came to me a little while later to inquire if my wheel had been shaking. I informed him I had hit a curb - which satisfied him. Felt as if because I am a woman he didn't think I knew when a tire needed balancing. I have been driving for 50 years so I know when a tire is out of balance. I'm also glad I didn't take his word for it on my tires the previous visit - was that because I was a woman too? More
