Purchased a Trax after someone totaled my HHR I was treated with consideration and kindness. I was shopping because someone had totaled my HHR that I had bought from Mayse. I told Ehren what I wanted and he quickly showed me a Chevy Trax that I liked since they had no HHR with low mileage. Then Jeff Silvey, in the finance office, worked with getting all the paperwork done properly and gave me hints on how to finish the settlement from the wreck so I'd have that money to apply to the amount of my purchase. I called Jeff about a month later and he knew who I was, without having to ask questions, and he solved my question within 15 minutes.. I like the 'down home family' feeling that I get there. More
