Make sure everything is done before you leave The salesmen was great! The financial guy was the worst. He never sent the agreement to my bank who was on the phone. I heard the discussion. With the mix up I had to call the manager because I kept getting transfered to voice mail. I received the title and went to tag my car. The previous owner never signed and I had to send title back. They (kim) were very accommodating and sent title free of charge but a lot of hassle just to get my car. I am not happy with this transaction. Still waiting on my title. More

Was a good buying experience. I looked for a different vehicle for the last 2 or 3 months, every time I was close to making a decision something went wrong. I am a cash buyer, but one sales manager pushed me and asked (twice) what was wrong, was the payment to high? I finally told him I will pay cash when I find out what I want so please leave me alone. 2 other dealerships had awful service departments and didn't get the problems resolved, even telling me there was nothing wrong...But had changed parts. Back to Mayse, easy deal, felt like they were happy to get a sale, and didn't condensend. Perfect. More
