Make sure everything is done before you leave The salesmen was great! The financial guy was the worst. He never sent the agreement to my bank who was on the phone. I heard the discussion. My bank called an hour later still waiting for papers to be sent. I was assured they would be sent and were not. With the mix up I had to call the manager because I kept getting transfered to voice mail. I received the title and went to tag my car. The previous owner never signed and I had to send title back. They (kim) were very accommodating and sent title free of charge but a lot of hassle just to get my car. I am not happy with this transaction. Still waiting on my title. More

I am a cash buyer, but one sales manager pushed me and asked (twice) what was wrong, was the payment to high? I finally told him I will pay cash when I find out what I want so please leave me alone. 2 other dealerships had awful service departments and didn't get the problems resolved, even telling me there was nothing wrong...But had changed parts. Back to Mayse, easy deal, felt like they were happy to get a sale, and didn't condensend. Perfect. More
Fast Oil Change Service I pulled into the Oil Change lane, and indicated what I needed. The order was written up fast and I went to a waiting area. I didn't have to wait ve I pulled into the Oil Change lane, and indicated what I needed. The order was written up fast and I went to a waiting area. I didn't have to wait very long until I was notified that the service was completed. I suppose being at the the dealership at about 8 AM helped, but this service is normalled completed in short order. GREAT! More

Also while there I looked at and test drive a new 2017 Acadia Denali. Mike Whitesel was ready for us even after only one day notice. He had arranged with the service manager to let him know when we got there. More

After researching motors and assessories, we knew what we wanted. We checked with several dealerships in Iowa and Missouri and Mike Lanphier from Mayse Auto was the only one who went out of his way to get us the car we wanted, as an added bonus, he had the best price, too. We have bought other vehicles from Mayse Auto and have recommended them to friends who have also had very good experiences. When our car came in, Mike went over all the details and has been very helpful with any question we've had. We are having so much fun with our dream car, and we're looking forward to showing it off at the car shows next summer. More
