Warranty Service Overall this experience was satisfactory. Due to initial purchase paperwork issues, it took 3-days to get the warranty work approved. Then it took ove Overall this experience was satisfactory. Due to initial purchase paperwork issues, it took 3-days to get the warranty work approved. Then it took over a week to get parts. What I feel should’ve been a 3-4 day process took nearly 3-weeks. While we were provided a loaner vehicle, my wife did not care for either of them and she really just wanted her car back. Work performed itself was excellent which I wasn’t surprised with. Mayse seems to have top-notch mechanics!!! My biggest issue was lack of communication. In most cases, if I didn’t initiate it, it didn’t happen. More
