Courteous The sales department heard my request to check my car over as my wife was taking it on a trip and I wanted to make sure everything was in good working The sales department heard my request to check my car over as my wife was taking it on a trip and I wanted to make sure everything was in good working order. The check engine light was not on. The mechanics checked it over and there were no diagnostic concerns. The air filter was dirty and I was shown it and it was replaced. The mechanic personally spoke with me and I was in and out in an hour and 1/2 and it only cost $50.00. Thank you. More

Door Ding Removed: My salesman Eric called me and informed me that the dent repairman was at the dealership and asked me if I could be there around noon? He come to the showroom in a jiffy, took my keys and took my car to the service area for me. The door repair took about an hour. While I waited, I was offered drinks and they put NCAA basketball on the BIG screen for me. The owner, Rick Mayse stop by and asked how I was doing and if I was being taken care of. Mayse Automotive Group is simply put, an "Outstanding Business", that go's out of it's way to make the customer happy. By the way, when I got my car back, you could NOT tell it ever had a "ding".
