Lack of work completed I left my 2007 GMC Yukon at your facility for two weeks. I had four issues, low oil pressure sensor, two slow leaks in my tires, air conditioning not I left my 2007 GMC Yukon at your facility for two weeks. I had four issues, low oil pressure sensor, two slow leaks in my tires, air conditioning not working, and stabilitrack needs servicing. After two weeks the airconditioner is fixed. The low oil pressure sensor is now worse, indicating every time I drive the truck. You replaced the sensor to no avail. The tires were not patched. When I started driving the truck I quickly realized the tire issue. When I stopped to check two of my tires had 25lbs of pressure. The Stabilitrack sensor is still indicating a problem. I paid over $1,500.00 to fix my truck and only 1 of the problems was fixed. I was given a $60.00 credit due to issues at your office but you still failed to fix three problems. When I first schedule my appointment one of your sales associates told me he would send a runner to exchange, said runner never appeared. When I called to speak to Bill, little concern was paid to my problems and he told me that he didn't drive the truck he only let it idle and checked on the sensor. I am very upset with the service and communication I received from the lot. More
