When I purchased my vehicle and was told I would receive four free oil changes, the salesman made it very clear that would need to schedule my oil cha When I purchased my vehicle and was told I would receive four free oil changes, the salesman made it very clear that would need to schedule my oil change, unless I came in on a Saturday, which would be first-come-first-serve. When I received my first coupon for a free oil change in the mail, it very clearly said "schedule your next oil change on our service website." So when I went to the website to schedule my oil change, I clicked the option that VERY CLEARLY said "oil/filter change." The first available appointment was two weeks out. So one can only imagine my frustration when I drive all the way from Springfield to Aurora for my confirmed, scheduled appointment, only to be told "we don't take appointments for oil changes," and "we're about two hours out right now." Maybe that seems like a small deal, but my schedule does not have the time to waste three hours to get an oil change, when it was very clear I should make an appointment. Don't tell customers that. Don't put it on your website. Easy fix, but seriously people. Poor customer service. More

Recall repairs and estimate on driver seat malfunction Recall repairs were completed. The Service Consultant indicated that a $97.00 labor fee would be required to check out the defective driver seat. I Recall repairs were completed. Approximately 2 hours late the Service Consultant advised me that there was a broken weld on the seat, and that the repair would be approx. $1300.00, and indicated that he could order the parts ( a new seat frame) today. I declined, and asked for a copy of the repair estimate. I later discovered that the estimate included approx. $230.00 of maint. service that I had declined on a previous visit!! The Service Consultant did not appear interested in helping me to challenge this broken weld as a GM warranty/safety recall issue. More

When I went to reschedule my appointment online Shawn was excellent to work with. I initially had to cancel my appointment due to a family emergency. When I went to reschedule my appointment online I had to extend it out due to not being able to get off work. Shawn called me the next day and asked if they could send someone to pick it up and drop off a vehicle. Great job and excellent customer service. More

Now up to this last service it had been great but that somehow went into the pit. Mayse used to offer pick up And delivery of vehicles purchased there. It stopped! So my wife brought our truck down. Not a word spoken no Thank yous given. My salesman NEVER returned my call. I wanted to ask about a remote start being put on but a serious lack of care seems to have overshadowed Mayes. We have bought multiple cars and I am not sure I will be back. Warranties are only as good as the dealership that will back it. More
