Service Center I live in Ozark. I had a great experience purchasing my car. I didn't mind the long drive to service considering the deal. However, it was a very i I live in Ozark. I had a great experience purchasing my car. I didn't mind the long drive to service considering the deal. However, it was a very impersonal experience. No one was friendly to me, after I left about 20 miles down the road my tire sensor light came on. So after 2 hours on the road and getting my Captiva serviced I was told to bring it back so they could reset the sensor. Needless to say I was unhappy! I asked if I could just take it to Dennis Hanks in Ozark. So I did and the technician knew enough to pull my car away from all the metal to set the sensor. Everyone was so nice there, I was met at the garage door and greeted and thanked for bringing my car to them. Here is my question--why would I drive so far out of my way for a free service with unfriendly people? More
Service is aways outstanding I had some failing remarks on my car and was not explained well to me. And we get our oil changes/service done at Mayse too. They are Fast and Friendly to work with. Mike Warnow and Bill Baremore are always Professional and Courteous. They got our cars in and out for the recall work plus an oil change. Even with the long line of cars already waiting, I was done in 15 - 30 mins. We are Thankful for a great team all around. From the minute you park your car at the bay to the friendly smile at the customer service check-out, you are greeted with professionalism. What a great local team. More
Recall Work We recently had a recall of all of our Chevy Impala Police cars. Mayse is our local dealer and we contacted them about getting times set up. We were We recently had a recall of all of our Chevy Impala Police cars. Mayse is our local dealer and we contacted them about getting times set up. We were met with professionalism and courtesy despite the fact that we had nearly a dozen or more vehicle affected. They were able to get our cars in and perform the recall at an expedited rate taking cars out of service for no more than 30 minutes at a time. Thanks to their efficiency and the staff that they have, all of our cars have been taken care of and we are back in service with little to no down time. More
