Stood out from other dealerships I visited Honda, Toyota and Suburu before my visit at Mazda. All 3 of the other dealerships were aggressive, needy and unclear. I walked into Mazda expecting the same, but received the exact opposite. Ethan greeted me and gave me 0 pressure. He was more focused on being available to answer any questions or concerns I had- than he was trying to make a quota. It was extremely refreshing and i really appreciated it. On my second visit, I was greeted by Hailey. I cannot say enough good things about this woman. She was professional, clear, patient, understanding and overall a positive force. Mark showed me around my new Mazda like it was the back of his hand. He was able to answer any questions I had and I appreciated that.
