It felt like catching up with an old friend which was a very reassuring feeling to have during the car buying/trading process. Joel exceeded all my expectations and made the entire experince enjoyable and hassle free. We were able to work out the details entire deal over the phone which was a massive benefit, especially during the pandemic. I had reached out to a number of Mazda dealerships across the area, and Joel made sure that I received the best deal possible. His communication with me was clear and straightforward. I felt that my time was well respected throughout the process and Joel always followed up with any questions or concerns that I had. After making my deposit, Joel kept me well informed of the scheduled delivery so I could pick my car up as soon as possible.
