We had purchased 3 previous Mazda's through Eric at another dealership, so when our CX-3 was totalled, naturally the first call went out to him. We chose a gently used (900 mile) 2021 CX-5, and were pleasantly surprised at how much easier the buying process was at Mazda City. Aaron was great with the paperwork end of the deal, and we had everything wrapped up in under 30 minutes. Have since worked with the Parts and Service Departments as well, and can safely say we've found a new home for all our Mazda sales and service needs.
